Marius has been involved with many acquisition projects and transactions involving real estate for residential projects, offices, commercial centers, having experience with purchasing, renting, due-diligence reporting, concessions, securities, contracting and so forth. He has also been involved with commercial litigation projects, right of minority associates, corporate liability, modification of equity, contacts, associations, corporate structures and so on.
Marius was a legal advisor of Mobil Rom (Orange), a France Telecom branch, one of the most important mobile operators in Romania. He also occupied the position of Senior Associate of the Tesla, David & Associates law firm for 5 years, a member of the Ernst & Young Law Alliance. Marius was Senior Associate at Schoeherr & Associates law firm and Coordinator of the real estate branch of Voicu & Filipescu SCA, a law firm in association with Squire, Sanders and Dempsey L.L.P..
He has provided consultancy for companies such as ING Real Estate, Trigranit, Bel Rom, Timken, RomTelecom, Steilmann, Swedwood, BRD, Petrom, LNM Holdings, Wrigley, Coca Cola, Ispat Sidex, Nokia, DeLaval etc.
