Mediation is a modern, efficient and amicably settlement of disputes, having the support of a third party as mediator, under conditions of neutrality, impartiality and confidentiality, having the free consent of the parties for conducting the entire process of mediation.
Basically, it can be mediated any dispute of civil, commercial, family, criminal (only in criminal cases involving offenses for which the law, withdrawal of prior complaint reconciliation of the parties removes criminal liability), as well as conflicts of consumer protection areas.
